How to submit a price match request: lowest price guarantee

If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized Italian dealer on an in-stock product, contact us and we'll do our best to match that price.

After review of the request, customer service will contact you by phone or email with instructions on how to place your order.

 

Eligibility:  

Only advertised prices on available merchandise are matched, i.e., motorcycle jackets, helmets, gear, etc.;

Competitor must be an authorized Italian dealer.

Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, color and year (if applicable)  

Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees will be included when calculating the price difference.

Items priced less than $50 are not eligible to be price matched.  

In order to verify current pricing and availability, price match requests must be received prior to ordering; if you have already placed an order with us, we cannot price match on it

 

The Following exclusions apply:

Closeout / Clearance / Backordered Items

Blemished Items / Demo Models / Factory Seconds

Price Matching cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.

Offers requiring customers enter coupon codes or other extra steps are excluded. 

Verbal / Emailed Quotes

Auction Websites - such as eBay / Orders placed through Amazon.com

Lowest Price Guarantee may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
